The following information is supplied on the MediscanID Helmet Sticker:

A Profile photo – to confirm the identity of the patient.

Personal Information –  the patient’s Name, Language, Blood Group, Age, Gender, Weight, Height.

Medical Conditions – Allergies, Medication being taken and previous surgical history.

Medical Aid Details.

Doctors Contact Details.

Any Special Instructions – for example, “I have Medical Aid, DO NOT transport me to a Government Hospital”.

Emergency Contact Details – Up to 4 contact names.

Organ Donor – State whether the patient is an Organ donor or not and if so the Organ Donor Membership number.

Helivac Member – State whether the patient is a Helivac member or not and their membership number etc.
